    | Call 9-1-1 when a victim has: No response and is unconscious
 Difficulty breathing
 Chest pain or pressure > 3 minutes
 Chest pain that goes away and comes back
 Severe bleeding
 Severe burns
 Severe abdominal pain or pressure that won't subside
 Blood in his vomit or is passing blood
 A seizure and they are pregnant or diabetic
 Multiple seizures or has a seizure that lasts > 5 minutes
 Potentially been poisoned or overdosed on drugs
 Suffered a broken bone
 Head, neck, or spine injuries
 Sudden slurred speech or severe headache
 Trouble speaking or sudden weakness on one side
 |  |         | Tap the person's shoulder and ask "Are you OK?" 
 If the victim is unconscious or has any life-threatening signs or symptoms and there is more than 1 rescuer, the 2nd rescuer should go call 9-1-1 or your designated emergency number while the other provides care.
 
 Sometimes a victim will tell you not to call 9-1-1 or your designated emergency number.
 
 When in doubt, call 9-1-1 and seek advanced professional help.
